The PARADOX team comes from various industry sectors:-

Each of us has an Operations and/or Commercial background and has spent years working with hauliers, shippers, freight forwarders, ferry companies and suppliers - of all shapes and sizes.

Academic skills include MBA in Business Administration, NLP and Body Language trained, high achievers in Strategic Selling to Key Accounts  and Excel VBA Programmers.    

Our team includes those that have taken companies to substantial growth including a start-up that achieved D&B A1 (top 15%) status within 4 years.

We've started new ferry routes (and closed some too!), we've looked after the largest 24hr Customs Clearance station in the UK and we've even invented new payment tools for truck drivers across Europe.

These skills and experiences are available to you without long term commitment.
